As REVOLT previously reported, a shooting unfolded at Tuskegee University on Sunday (Nov. 10), leaving one person dead and several others injured. USA Today revealed that 25-year-old Montgomery resident Jaquez Myrick was arrested in connection with the incident on a federal charge of possessing a machine gun.

An 18-year-old "non-university individual" was killed and students were injured Sunday morning, the university said.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, or ALEA, says one person is dead, a total of 16 injured in connection with a shooting early Sunday morning at Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama. Officials say 12 of the 16 were injured by gunfire.

There were multiple videos posted on social media about a shooting at the school, which was celebrating its 100th homecoming this weekend in Alabama.
