Former Mets catcher Travis D’Arnaud signs $12 million contract with the Angels
Travis d’Arnaud is headed west. The former Mets catcher became one of the first shoes to drop in MLB free agency this winter, signing a two-year, $12 million contract with the Los Angles Angels on Tuesday. D’Arnaud, 36, became a free agent earlier this month after the Braves declined a one-year, $8 million option for the 2025 season.
