Zinka Logistics Solutions Ltd's IPO has already been subscribed 32% by the second day, aiming to raise Rs 1,115 crore. The company plans to use the funds for sales, marketing, capital investment, and product development.

Retail investors were at the leading position, subscribing 90 percent shares of their reserved portion, followed by qualified institutional buyers and non-institutional investors who bought 26 percent and 4 percent,

The initial public offering of Zinka Logistics Solutions Ltd., the parent of digital trucking solutions platform Blackbuck, has been subscribed 30% on its second day on Thursday. The offer was booked 24% on its first day of bidding.

Axis Capital Ltd., Morgan Stanley India Co., JM Financial Ltd. and IIFL Securities Ltd. are the book running lead managers of the BlackBuck IPO, while KFin Technologies Ltd. is the registrar for the issue. Market value at the upper end of price band: Rs 4,818 crore.

On the first day of issue, Zinka Logistics Solution IPO was booked 24 per cent by the end of the session, while the portion for retail investors was booked 51 per cent.
